Almost Missed An Important Day
I was very fortunate to have my service provided to me by Fagan's Towing this week. I was on my way to work when I was involved in a very minor traffic accident in Douglaston. I thought this delay was going to keep me from getting to a very important business meeting on time. To my surprise Fagan's Towing was very prompt with their arrival time. Their driver took down my information and explained that I would be able to leave and still make my meeting. The service was very professional and fast. Professional & Respectful
I was quite pleased when they did precisely as they claimed. Driving from Kings Point to North Shore Hospital last Friday, I collided with another vehicle. Thankfully no one was injured; however, my vehicle was deemed inoperable. Stranded - Towed Home Safely
I definitely wasn't looking to be towed tonight, but it was a lot more enjoyable having had Sean come out to help us. He was able to come out way faster than two other companies I called first, and arrived faster than he even estimated. He was super friendly, helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, and towed me home for less than the other companies quoted me. Very people oriented service, will 100% use him again...should I need to.

Broke Down

Car Wreck
Possibly the best towing company in Nassau County. I couldn't be more happy with the service I just received. Being involved in accident is never a great way to start your day. The officer that handled the report called for a tow truck and Fagan's Towing showed. I was surprised by the prompt and friendly service I received at the scene of the accident. The driver of the tow truck lightened up the situation with a few jokes. He had a good understanding of what needed to be done. Overall the customer service could not have been better.
